Phil Morgan is the creative force behind Unique Events (SW) CIC’s live entertainment. With decades of experience in event production, live sound and performance management, Phil specialises in designing engaging, memorable experiences that delight audiences and showcase local talent.
Passionate about community and collaboration, he ensures every performance is delivered seamlessly and professionally, bringing energy, fun, and a touch of magic to every event.
Traffic Manager
Rachel Morgan
Rachel Morgan leads traffic and safety planning for Unique Events (SW) CIC, ensuring events run smoothly and safely for all attendees.
With extensive experience coordinating road closures, pedestrian flow, and on-site stewarding, Rachel combines meticulous planning with practical solutions.
Her focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency ensures every event operates seamlessly within its community.
IT & Technical Director
Matt Garrod
Matt Garrod is the technical backbone of Unique Events (SW) CIC, overseeing IT, audio-visual systems, and digital infrastructure for every event.
With a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, Matt ensures that technology runs flawlessly behind the scenes, supporting smooth production and seamless audience experiences.
